The REF5025-HTisa low-noise, very low-drift, very
high precision voltage references. This referenceis
capableof both sinking and sourcing, andis very
robust with regardto line and load changes.
Excellent temperature drift and high accuracy are
achieved using proprietary design techniques. These
features, combined with very low noise, make the
REF5025-HT suitable for usein high-precision data
acquisition systems.
The deviceis offeredin HKJ and HKQ packages,as
wellas Known-Good-Die (KGD) form, andis specified
from –55°Cto +210°C.
