The device is fabricated with advanced Ultra High Speed: t 2.4 ns Typ into 50 pF at 5V V PD CC CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high High Output Drive: ±24 mA at 3V V output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation CC over a very broad V operating range. The device is CCBroad V Operating Range: 1.65V to 5.5V CC specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V V range. The CC Matches the performance of LCX when operated at inputs and outputs are high impedance when V is 0V. CC 3.3V V CC Inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V independent of V oper- CC Power down high impedance inputs/outputs ating voltage.
