NC7WP16 TinyLogic ULP Dual Buffer (Preliminary) Preliminary September 2003 Revised March 2004 NC7WP16 TinyLogic ULP Dual Buffer (Preliminary) General Description Features The NC7WP16 is a dual buffer from Fairchild’s Ultra Low0.9V to 3.6V V supply operation CC Power (ULP) Series of TinyLogic. Ideal for applications 3.6V overvoltage tolerant I/O’s at V from 0.9V to 3.6V CC where battery life is critical, this product is designed for t ultra low power consumption within the V operating PD CC range of 0.9V to 3.6V V . 4.0 ns typ for 3.0V to 3.6V V CC CC The internal circuit is composed of a minimum of inverter 5.0 ns typ for 2.3V to 2.7V V CC stages, including the output buffer, to enable ultra low static 6.0 ns typ for 1.65V to 1.95V V CC and dynamic power. 7.0 ns typ for 1.40V to 1.60V V CC The NC7WP16, for lower drive requirements, is uniquely designed for optimized power and speed, and is fabricated 11.0 ns typ for 1.10V to 1.30V V CC with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve best in 27.0 ns typ for 0.90V V CC class speed operation while maintaining extremely low Power-Off high impedance inputs and outputs CMOS power dissipation.
