Advanced SiliconHigh Speed: Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power t 6 ns (typ), V = 5V, C = 15 pF, T = 25°C PD CC L A circuit operation. ESD protection diodes inherently guard Low Quiescent Power, I < 1 μA, V = 5.5V CC CC both inputs and output with respect to the V and GND CC Balanced Output Drive; 2 mA I , −2 mA I rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunity and OL OH reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTL-compatibleTTL-compatible inputs inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS/CMOS interfacing. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with 1/2 the output current drive of HC/HCT.
