Advanced SiliconHigh Speed; t <7 ns typ, V = 5V, C = 15 pF PD CC L Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power Low Quiescent Power; I <1 μA typ, V = 5.5V CC CC circuit operation. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputs and output with respect to the V and GNDBalanced Output Drive; 2 mA I , −2 mA I CC OL OH rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunity andTTL-compatible inputs reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTL-compatible inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS/CMOS interfacing. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with ½ the output current drive of HC/HCT.
