The device is fabricated with Typical 3Ω switch resistance @ 5.0V V CC advanced sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve high Minimal propagation delay through the switch speed enable and disable times and low On Resistance. The device is specified to operate over the 4.0 to 5.5V VPower down high impedance control input CC operating range. The control input tolerates voltages up toZero bounce in flow through mode 5.5V independent of the V operating range.
