General Description
These TRI-STATE buffers utilize advanced silicon-gate
CMOStechnologyandare general purpose highspeednon-
inverting buffers. They possess high drive current outputs
which enable high speed operation even when driving large
bus capacitances. These circuits achieve speeds compara-
bletolow power Schottky devices, while retainingthead-
vantageof CMOS circuitry,i.e., high noise immunity, and
low power consumption.All three devices havea fanoutof LS-TTL equivalent inputs.
The MM54HC244/MM74HC244isa non-inverting buffer
andhastwo activelow enables(1Gand 2G). Each enable
independently controls4 buffers. This device doesnot have
Schmitt trigger inputs.
All inputsare protected from damage dueto staticdis-
chargeby diodesto VCCand ground.
