General Description
The MM5480isa monolithic MOS integrated circuit utilizing
N-channel metal gatelow threshold, enhancement mode
and ion-implanted depletion mode devices.It utilizesthe
MM5451die packagedina 28-pin package makingit ideal
fora3(/2 digit display. The MM5480is designedto drive
common anode-separate cathode LED displays.A single
pin controlsthe LED display brightnessby settinga refer-
ence current througha variable resistor connected eitherto
VDDortoa separate supplyof11V maximum.
