Description and Introduction

DUAL RETRIGGERABLE MONOSTABLE MULTIVIBRATOR The M74HC4538 is a dual retriggerable/resettable monostable multivibrator manufactured by STMicroelectronics (ST).  

### **Specifications:**  
- **Supply Voltage (VCC):** 2V to 6V  
- **High-Speed Operation:** 5V propagation delay of 50ns (typical)  
- **Low Power Consumption:** 4µA (max) at 5V  
- **Wide Operating Temperature Range:** -40°C to +125°C
