The M54/74HC30isa high speed CMOS 8-INPUT
NAND GATE fabricated with silicon gateC2 MOS
technology. has the same high speed performanceof LSTTL
combined with true CMOS low power consumption.
The internal circuitis composedof5 stages includ-
ing buffer output, which gives high noise immunity
and stable output.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess volt-
age.
