General DescriptionThe LMV791 low noise, CMOS input operational amplifier
offersalow input voltage noise densityof5.8nV/ while
consuming only 1.15 mAof quiescent current. The LMV791a unity gain stableop amp and hasa gain bandwidthof17
MHz. The LMV791 hasa supply voltage rangeof 1.8Vto
5.5V and can operate froma single supply. The LMV791
featuresa rail-to-rail output stage capableof drivinga 600Ω
load and sourcingas muchas60 mAof current.
The LMV791 provides optimal performancein low voltage
and low noise systems.A CMOS input stage, with typical
input bias currentsinthe rangeofa few femtoAmperes, and input common mode voltage range which includes
ground make the LMV791 idealfor low power sensor appli-
cations. The LMV791 hasa built-in enable feature which can usedto optimize power dissipationin low power applica-
tions.
The LMV791is manufactured using National’s advanced
VIP50 process andis availableina 6-pin TSOT23 package.
