General DescriptionThe LMV115isa 30MHz buffer specially designedto mini-
mizethe effectsof spurious signals fromthe base band chip the oscillator. The buffer also minimizes the influenceof
varying load resistance and capacitancetothe oscillator and
increasesthe drive capability.
The inputof the LMV115is internally biased with two equal
resistorsto the power supply rails. This allows AC coupling the input.
The LMV115 offersa shutdown functionto optimize current
consumption. This shutdown function can alsobe usedto
control the supply voltageofan external oscillator. The de-
viceisin shutdown mode when the shutdown pinis con-
nectedto VDD.
The LMV115 comesin SC70-6 package. This space saving
product reduces components, improves clock signal and
allows easeof placementforthe best form factor.
