DescriptionThe LMS33460 deviceis an undervoltage detector
witha 3‑V threshold and extremely low power
consumption. The LMS33460is specifically designed accurately monitor power supplies.Itis especially
suited to battery-powered systems where low
quiescent current and small size are required. ThisIC
generates an active output whenever the input
voltage drops below3V.
This part usesa precision on-chip voltage reference
anda comparatorto measure the input voltage. Built- hysteresis helpsto prevent erratic operationin the
presenceof noise. The UVDis availablein the ultra-
miniature 5-pin SC70 package.
