General DescriptionThe LMP7711isa low noise, low offset, CMOS input, rail-
to-rail output precision amplifier witha high gain bandwidth
andan enable pin. The LMP7711is partof the LMP™
precision amplifier family andis idealfora varietyof instru-
mentation applications.
Utilizinga CMOS input stage, the LMP7711 achievesan
input bias currentof 100fA, input referred voltage noiseof
5.8 nV/ , andan input offset voltageof less than
±150 µV. These features make the LMP7711a superior
choicefor precision applications.
Consuming only 1.15 mAof supply current, the LMP7711
offersa high gain bandwidthof17 MHz, enabling accurate
amplificationat high closed loop gains.
The LMP7711 hasa supply voltage rangeof 1.8Vto 5.5V;
which makes thisan ideal choicefor portable low power
applications with low supply voltage requirements.In order reduce the already low power consumptionof the
LMP7711,an enable functionis available. Oncein shut-
down, the LMP7711 draws only 140nAof supply current.
The LMP7711is built with National’s advanced VIP50 pro-
cess technology. The LMP7711is availableina 6-pin
TSOT23 package.
