General DescriptionThe LMH™6560isa high speed, closed-loop buffer de-
signedfor applications requiringthe processingof very high
frequency signals. While offeringa small signal bandwidthof
680MHz, anda very high slew rateof 3100V/µs the
LMH6560 consumes only 46mAof quiescent currentforall
four buffers. Total harmonic distortion intoa loadof 100Ωat
20MHzis −51dBc. The LMH6560is configured internallyfor loop gainof one. Input resistanceis 100kΩ and output
resistanceis but 1.5Ω. Crosstalk betweenthe buffersis only
−55dB. These characteristics make the LMH6560an ideal
choice for the distributionof high frequency signals on
printed circuit boards. Differential gain and phase specifica-
tionsof 0.10% and 0.03˚ respectivelyat 3.58MHz make the
LMH6560 well suitedfor the bufferingof video signals.
The deviceis fabricatedon National’s high speed VIP10
process using National’s proven high performance circuit
architectures.
