General DescriptionThe LMC7660isa CMOS voltage converter capableof
convertinga positivevoltageinthe rangeof +1.5Vto +10Vto
the corresponding negative voltageof −1.5Vto −10V. The
LMC7660isa pin-for-pin replacement for the industry-
standard 7660. The converter features: operation over full
temperature and voltage range without needforan external
diode, low quiescent current, and high power efficiency.
The LMC7660 usesits built-in oscillatorto switch4 power
MOS switches and charge two inexpensive electrolytic ca-
pacitors.
