General Description

Low voltage operationandlow power dissipation makethe
LMC6574/2 idealfor battery-powered systems. amplifier performanceis backedby 2.7V guaranteesto
ensure operation throughout battery lifetime. These guaran-
tees also enable analog circuitsto operate fromthe same
3.3V supply usedfor digital logic.
Batterylifeis maximized because each amplifier dissipates
only micro-wattsof power.
The LMC6574/2 doesnot sacrifice functionalityforlow volt-
age operation. The LMC6574/2 generates 120dBof
open-loop gain justlikea conventional amplifier,butthe
LMC6574/2candothis froma 2.7V supply.
These amplifiersare designed with features that optimize
low voltage operation. The output voltage swings rail-to-rail maximize signal-to-noise ratioand dynamic signal range.
The common-mode input voltage range extends from
800mV belowthe positive supplyto100mV below ground.
This deviceis built with National’s advanced Double-Poly
Silicon-Gate CMOS process.
LMC6572is also availablein MSOP package whichisal-
mosthalfthe sizeofa SO-8 device.
