General DescriptionThe LM6118/LM6218 are monolithic fast-settling
unity-gain-compensated dualoperational amplifierswith±20
mAoutputdrive capability.The PNP input stagehas atypical
bias currentof200nA,andthe operating supply voltageis
±5Vto ±20V.
These dualop ampsuse slew enhancement with special
mirror circuitryto achievefast response and high gain with
low total supply current.
The amplifiersare builtona junction-isolated VIP™ (Verti-
cally Integrated PNP) process which produces fast PNP’s
that complementthe standard NPN’s.
