General DescriptionThe LM34910 Step Down Switching Regulator featuresallof
the functions neededto implementalow cost, efficient, buck
bias regulator capableof supplying 1.25Atothe load. This
buck regulator containsa 40V N-Channel Buck Switch, and availableinthe thermally enhanced LLP-10 package. The
hysteretic regulation scheme requiresno loop compensa-
tion, resultsin fast load transient response, and simplifies
circuit implementation. The operating frequency remains
constant with line and load variations dueto the inverse
relationship betweenthe input voltage andthe on-time. The
current limit detectionis setat 1.25A. Additional features
include: VCC under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, gate
drive under-voltage lockout, and maximum duty cycle limiter.
