features all functions neededto implementa highly
efficient, cost effective buck regulator capable of
supplying 1.5Ato loads with voltagesas low as 0.8 Dual 40V N-Channel synchronous MOSFET allow for low external component thus complexity and minimizing board space. Theis designedto work exceptionally well with and other very low ESR output capacitors. Constant ON-Time (COT) regulation scheme
requires no loop compensation, resultsin fast load
transient response, and simplifies circuit
implementation. Through the useofa unique design does not rely on output capacitor ESR as do most other COT regulators. The frequency remains nearly constant with line load variations dueto the inverse relationship the input voltage and the on-time. The
