General DescriptionThe LM3046 consistsof five general purpose silicon NPN
transistorsona common monolithic substrate. Twoof the
transistors are internally connectedto forma differentially-
connected pair. The transistors are well suitedtoa wide
varietyof applicationsin low power systemintheDC through
VHF range. They maybe usedas discrete transistorsin
conventional circuits however,in addition, they provide the
very significant inherent integrated circuit advantagesof
close electrical and thermal matching. The LM3046is sup-
pliedina 14-lead molded small outline package.
