General DescriptionThe LM2793isa highly efficient, semi-regulated 1.5x CMOS
charge pump that provides dual constant current outputs.
The LM2793 hasan input voltage rangeof 2.7Vto 5.5V. control LED brightness, the amountof current drivento
the current-mode outputs canbe adjusted withan analog
voltage and/ora pulse-width-modulated (PWM) square
wave.
Pre-regulationof the charge pump minimizes conducted
noiseon the input. Combined witha fixed switching fre-
quencyof 500kHz, the LM2793isa low-noise solution.
