5.0V zener with 0.6Ω dynamic impedance.A third terminal theLM136-5.0 allowsthe referencevoltageand tempera-
ture coefficienttobe trimmed easily.
The LM136-5.0 seriesis usefulasa precision 5.0Vlow volt-
age referencefor digital voltmeters, power suppliesorop
amp circuitry. The 5.0V makesit convenientto obtaina
stable reference fromlow voltage supplies. Further, since
the LM136-5.0 operatesasa shunt regulator,itcanbe used eithera positiveor negative voltage reference.
The LM136-5.0is ratedfor operation over −55˚Cto +125˚C
whilethe LM236-5.0is rated overa −25˚Cto +85˚C tem-
perature range.The LM336-5.0is ratedfor operation overa
