Amplifiers with Linearizing Diodes and Buffers
General Description
The LM13600 series consistsof two current controlled
transconductance amplifiers each with differential inputs
anda push-pull output. Thetwo amplifiers share common
suppliesbut otherwise operate independently. Linearizing
diodesare providedatthe inputsto reduce distortionand
allow higher input levels. The resultisa10dB signal-to-
noise improvement referencedto0.5 percent THD. Con-
trolled impedance buffers whichare especially designedto
complementthe dynamic rangeofthe amplifiersare provid-
ed.
