General Description
The LF451isa low-cost high-speed JFET-input operational
amplifierwithan internally trimmed input offset voltage(BI-
FETIITM technology).The device requiresalow supplycur-
rentandyet maintains alarge gain bandwidth productanda
fast slew rate.In addition,well matched high voltage JFET
input devices provide verylow input bias and offset cur-
rents. The LF451ispin compatible withthe standard
LM741, allowing designersto upgradethe overall perform-
anceof existing designs.
The LF451 maybe usedin such applicationsas high-speed
integrators, fast D/A converters, sample-and-hold circuits
and manyothercircuits requiringlow input bias current,high
input impedance, high slew rateand wide bandwidth.
