General Description
These devicesarea monolithic combinationof bipolarand
JFET technology producingthe industry’s first one chip
quadJFET switch. Aunique circuit techniqueis employedto
maintaina constant resistance overthe analog voltage
rangeof g10V.The inputis designedto operate from mini-
mum TTLlevels, andswitch operation alsoensuresa break-
before-make action.
These devices operate from g15V supplies and swinga
g10V analog signal. The JFET switchesare designedfor
applications whereadcto medium frequency analog signal
needstobe controlled.
