FAN9611 — Interleaved Dual BCM PFC Controllers February 2013 FAN9611 Interleaved Dual BCM PFC Controllers Features Description The FAN9611 interleaved dual Boundary-Conduction- Sync-Lock™ Interleaving Technology for 180° Mode (BCM) Power-Factor-Correction (PFC) controller Out-of-Phase Synchronization Under All Conditions operates two parallel-connected boost power trains 180° Automatic Phase Disable at Light Load out of phase. Interleaving extends the maximum practical Dead-Phase Detect Protection power level of the control technique from about 300 W to greater than 800 W.
