General Description
The DS7836/DS8836are quad 2-input receivers designed
foruseinbus organized data transmission systems inter-
connectedby terminated 120X impedance lines.The exter-
nalterminationis intendedtobe 180X resistor fromthebusthe a5V logic supply together witha 390X resistor from
thebusto ground.The design employsa built-in input hys-
teresis providing substantial noise immunity. Low inputcur-
rent allowsupto27 driver/receiver pairsto utilizea com-
mon bus. Performanceis optimizedfor systems withbus
riseandfall timess1.0 ms/V.
