General Description
The DS7640 and DS8640are quad 2-input receiversde-
signedforuseinbus organized data transmission systems
interconnectedby terminated 120X impedance lines. The
external terminationis intendedtobe 180X resistor from
thebustothe a5V logic supply together witha 390X resis-
tor fromthe busto ground. The design employsa built-in
input threshold providing substantial noise immunity. Low
input current allowsupto27 driver/receiver pairsto utilizea
common bus.
