General DescriptionThe DS36C200isa dual transceiver device optimizedfor
high data rate and low power applications. This device pro-
videsa single chip solution fora dual high speed bi-
directional interface. Also, both control pins maybe routed
togetherfor singlebit controlof datastreams. Both control
pins are adjacentto each otherfor easeof routing them
together. The DS36C200is compatible with IEEE 1394
physical layer and maybe usedasan economical solution
with some considerations. Please reference the application
informationon 1394for more information. The deviceisina
14-lead small outline package. The differential driver outputs
provideslow EMI withitslow output swings typically 210 mV.
The receiver offers ±100 mV threshold sensitivity,in addition common-mode noise protection.
