General Description
The DS36954isalow power, quad EIA-485 differentialbus
transceiver especially suitedfor high speed, parallel, multi-
point,I/O busapplications. Acompact 20-pin surface mount
PLCCor SOIC package provides high transceiver integra-
tionanda very smallPC board footprint.
Propagation delay skew between devicesis specifiedtoaid parallel interface designsÐlimitson maximum and mini-
mum delay timesare guaranteed.
Five devices can implementa complete SCSI initiatoror
target interface. Three transceiversina packagearepinned
outfor databus connections. The fourth transceiver, with
the flexibility providedbyits individual enables,can serveas controlbus transceiver.
