General Description
The DM2502, DM2503 and DM2504are 8-bit and 12-bit
TTL registers designedforusein successive approximation
A/D converters. These devices containallthe logic and
control circuits necessaryin combination witha D/A con-
verterto perform successive approximation analog-to-digital
conversions.
The DM2502has8bits with serial capabilityandisnotex-
pandable.The DM2503has8bitsandis expandable with-
out serial capability. The DM2504 has12 bits with serial
capabilityand expandability.
All three devicesare availablein ceramic DIP, ceramicflat-
pak,and molded Epoxy-B DIPs.The DM2502, DM2503and
DM2504 operate over b55§Cto a125§C;the DM2502C,
DM2503Cand DM2504C operate over 0§Cto a70§C.
