General Description
These Clock Generationand Support clock driversare spe-
cifically designedfor driving memory arrays requiring large
fanouts while operatingat high speeds.
CGS2537 isa4to16 inverting driver with TTL compatible
I/Os. This device featuresthe same characteristicsof
CGS2534 withan added series resistoronthe outputfor
easeof termination while reducingthe undershoot.
This devicehas skew specificationsof350ps pin-to-pinas
wellasa 650ps specificationfor part-to-part propagation
delay variation.
