General Description
These hex buffersare monolithic complementary MOS
(CMOS) integrated circuits constructed withN-and P-chan-
nel enhancement mode transistors. These devices feature
logic level conversion using onlyone supply voltage (VDD).
The input signal high level (VIH)can exceedthe VDD supply
voltage when these devicesare usedfor logic level conver-
sions. These devicesare intendedforuseashex buffers,
CMOSto DTL/TTL converters,oras CMOS current drivers,
andat VDDe 5.0V, theycan drive directlytwo DTL/TTL
loads overthefull operating temperature range.
