DESCRIPTION

The CBT3306 Dual FET Bus Switch features independent line
switches. Each switch is disabled with the associated Output Enable
(OE) input is high.
The CBT3306 is characterized for operation from –40 to +85 °C.

NOTE:
All unused control inputs of the device must be held at VCC or GND to ensure proper device operation.
DC ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Tamb = –40 to +85 °C, unless otherwise specified.
NOTES:
All typical values are at VCC = 5 V, Tamb = 25 °C. This is the increase in supply current for each input that is at the specified TTL voltage level rather than VCC or GND Measured by the voltage drop between the A and the B terminals at the indicated current through the switch.
On-state resistance is determined by the lowest voltage of the two (A or B) terminals.

The propagation delay is the calculated RC time constant of the typical on-state resistance of the switch and the specified load capacitance,
when driven by an ideal voltage source (zero output impedance).

TEST CIRCUIT AND WAVEFORMS
NOTES:
All input pulses are supplied by generators having the following
characteristics: PRR ≤ 10 MHz, ZO = 50 Ω, tr ≤ 2.5 ns, tf ≤ 2.5 ns. The outputs are measured one at a time with one transition per
measurement.
