SNRvs Temperature DescriptionThe ADS8555 device contains six low-power, 16-bit,
successive approximation register (SAR)-based
analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with true bipolar
inputs. Each channel containsa sample-and-hold
circuit that allows simultaneous high-speed multi-
channel signal acquisition.
The ADS8555 device supports data ratesof upto
630 kSPS in parallel interface mode or up to
450 kSPSif the serial interfaceis used. The bus
widthof the parallel interface canbe setto eightor16
bits.In serial mode, upto three output channels can activated.
The ADS8555 deviceis specified over the extended
industrial temperature rangeof –40°Cto 125°C andis
availableinan LQFP-64 package.
