ADS1201 ® ADS1201 High Dynamic Range DELTA-SIGMA MODULATOR DESCRIPTION FEATURES l130dB DYNAMIC RANGE The ADS1201 is a precision, 130dB dynamic range, lFULLY DIFFERENTIAL INPUT delta-sigma (ΔΣ) modulator operating from a single +5V supply. The differential inputs are ideal for direct lTWO-WIRE INTERFACE connection to transducers or low level signals. With lINTERNAL/EXTERNAL REFERENCE the appropriate digital filter and modulator rate, the lON-CHIP SWITCHES FOR CALIBRATION device can be used to achieve 24-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) conversion with no missing codes.
