Dual MOSFET Driver with Bootstrapping The ADP3412JR is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It is designed to drive both the high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The device operates from a single 5V supply and is capable of driving large MOSFETs with gate charges up to 30nC. The ADP3412JR features a typical propagation delay of 30ns and a rise/fall time of 20ns. It is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is optimized for use in high-efficiency DC-DC converters and is commonly used in applications such as voltage regulator modules (VRMs) and point-of-load (POL) converters.
