General DescriptionThe ADCS9888isa high performance Analog Front End
(AFE) for digital video applicationsat resolutions upto
UXGA.It performsall the analog and mixed signal functions
necessaryto digitizea varietyof computer and component
video sources. The ADCS9888 hasa3 channel,8bit 205
MHz ADC withfull DC restoration and gain/offset compen-
sation. Full processingof synchronization signalsis included
with on-chip PLL lockedto the pixel rate. Digital sync and
analog sync-on-green signals are supported. Flexible data
output modes supporta varietyof downstream data capture
and processing applications.
