Description and Introduction

16-Bit 1 MSPS Bipolar PulSAR® ADC The AD7671ACP is a 16-bit, 1 MSPS (Million Samples Per Second) successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI). It operates from a single 5 V power supply and features a high-speed parallel interface. The device includes a low-noise, wide-bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 10 MHz. The AD7671ACP offers excellent AC and DC performance, with a typical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 91 dB and a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -100 dB. It is available in a 48-lead LQFP (Low-Profile Quad Flat Package) and is designed for applications requiring high-speed, high-resolution data conversion, such as medical imaging, communications, and industrial instrumentation.
