2.5 V to 5.5 V, Parallel Interface 2.5 V to 5.5 V, Parallel Interface The AD5346BCP is a quad, 12-bit, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates with a single power supply ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The device features an on-chip output buffer amplifier that can drive the output to both supply rails. It includes a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. The AD5346BCP communicates via a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. It is available in a 32-lead LFCSP (lead frame chip scale package) and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device also includes a software power-down mode, reducing power consumption to 200 nA at 5 V.
