2.5 V to 5.5 V, 500 uA, 2-Wire Interface Quad Voltage Output, 8-/10-/12-Bit DACs The AD5305BRM is a quad, 8-bit, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply and provides a rail-to-rail output buffer. The device features a 2-wire serial interface (I2C-compatible) and includes an on-chip reference. The AD5305BRM is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Key specifications include a settling time of 6 µs, low power consumption of 0.7 mW at 5 V, and a relative accuracy of ±1 LSB. The device also supports software power-down modes, reducing power consumption to 200 nA at 5 V.
