2.5 V to 5.5 V, 500 uA, Quad Voltage Output 8-/10-/12-Bit DACs in 10-Lead microSOIC The AD5304BRM is a quad, 8-bit, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device includes an on-chip output buffer amplifier that can drive the output to both supply rails. It features a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The AD5304BRM has a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. It is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Key specifications include a typical settling time of 6 µs, low power consumption of 0.7 mW at 5 V, and a relative accuracy of ±1 LSB.
