The 74LX1G14isa low voltage CMOS SINGLE
SCHMITT INVERTER fabricated with sub-micron
silicon gate and double-layer metal wiringC2 MOS
technology.is idealfor 1.65to5.5VCC operations and low
power and low noise applications. The internal
circuitis composedof3 stages including buffer
output, which provide high noise immunity and
stable output.
Power downprotectionis providedoninput and
output and0to7V canbe acceptedon inputs with regardto the supply voltage.It can be
interfacedto5V signal environmentfor inputsin
mixed 3.3/5V system.
Pin configuration and function are the sameas
thoseof the 74LX1G04 butthe 74LX1G14 has
hysteresis.
This together withits schmitt trigger function
allowsittobe usedon line receivers with slow
rise/fall input signals.
The inputis equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge, givingit ESD immunity
and transient excess voltage.
