General Description
The LVT16646 contains sixteen non-inverting bidirectional
registeredbus transceivers providing multiplexed transmis-
sionof data directly fromthe inputbusor fromthe internal
storage registers. Each byte has separate control inputs
whichcanbe shorted togetherforfull 16-bit operation.The
DIR inputs determinethe directionof data flow throughthe
device.The CPABand CPBA inputs load data intothe regis-
tersonthe LOW-to-HIGH transition.
These transceiversare designedfor low-voltage (3.3V)VCC
applications,but withthe capabilityto providea TTL inter-
facetoa5V environment. The LVT16646is fabricatedwith advanced BiCMOS technologyto achieve high speed
operation similarto5V ABT while maintainingalow power
dissipation.
