LOW VOLTAGE CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFER (3-STATE) HIGH PERFORMANCE The 74LVC244AM is a low-voltage CMOS octal buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs, manufactured by STMicroelectronics (ST). It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V, making it suitable for low-voltage applications. The device features eight non-inverting buffers with 3-state outputs, which are controlled by two output enable (OE) inputs. It supports bidirectional signal transmission and is designed for high-speed operation, with typical propagation delays of 3.7 ns at 3.3V. The 74LVC244AM is available in a SO-20 package and is compliant with industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C). It also features 5V tolerant inputs, allowing it to interface with 5V logic levels. The device is designed to minimize power consumption, with a typical ICC of 10 µA at 3.3V.
