General Description
The ’F398and ’F399arethe logical equivalentsofa quad
2-input multiplexer feeding into four edge-triggered flip-
flops.A common Select input determines whichofthetwo
4-bit wordsis accepted. The selected data enterstheflip-
flopsonthe rising edgeofthe clock.The ’F399 isthe 16-pin
versionofthe ’F398,with onlytheQ outputsofthe flip-flops
available.
