CMOS 16-BIT BUS BUFFER (3-STATE) fabricat- with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer
metal wiringC2 MOS tecnology.
Thisis composedof two 8-bit sections with
separate output-enable signals. For either 8-bit
buffers section, the3 STATE control gate
operatesasa two input AND such thatif either
nG1 and nG2are high,all outputsareinthe high
impedence state.
