General Description
The ’283 high speed 4-bit binaryfull adders with internal
carrylookahead accepttwo 4-bit binary words (A0–A3,B0–
B3)anda Carry input (C0). They generatethe binary Sum
outputs (S0–S3) andthe Carry output (C4) fromthe most
significantbit. They operate with either active HIGHorac-
tive LOW operands (positiveor negative logic).
