LOW THRESHOLD OCTAL HIGH SIDE DRIVER The VN808CM is a monolithic device manufactured by STMicroelectronics (STM). It is designed using STMicroelectronics' VIPower M0-3 technology, which integrates a vertical power MOSFET with CMOS logic and protection circuitry.
